The Erasmus+ Project - Art for inclusion
Erasmus+ Online meeting with our partners,
Corona days? No matter... We as members of the Erasmus+ project are meeting regularly online with our partner schools from Netherland, Spain, Italy, Turkey and Portugal and therefore regard ourselves as really lucky..
We, the teachers and students from Germany, Geschwister-Scholl-Comprehensive school have organised and implemented our last online meeting. Our topic was accessibility symbols... You know, the symbols for disadvantaged people to make sure that they have some clear understanding of the support they are being offered at a certain place, such as at an airport, at the pedestrian areas, in front of an elevator or at a construction site..
However, to be honest, we personally found the internationally approved accessiblity symbols quite boring, dispirited and incomprehensible, even puzzling... So we have decided to make them more lively, easier to understand for everyone and more colourful, basically more appealing.
Now, have a look at our pictures and worksheets... We hope we have succeeded in achieving our goals and you will like them...
